This Privacy Policy explains what 90210 Visuals LLC (“90210 Visuals”, “we”, “us”) collects from real estate agents, brokerages and homeowners who use our website and our client portal at portal.90210visuals.com, and how we use it. We are a real estate photography and video studio based in Anderson, California; the portal exists to schedule shoots and deliver the photos, video, floor plans and property websites you order from us.
Your name, email address, mobile phone number, brokerage and DRE license number when you contact us or when you or your office create a portal account; the property addresses, access details and homeowner contact details you enter when you book a shoot; the photos, video and other media we produce for you; invoices and payment status (card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store full card numbers); and the messages, texts and calls exchanged with the studio. We also keep ordinary usage records (pages opened, sign-in times, browser type) to keep the site and portal working and secure.
To schedule, confirm and carry out your shoots; to deliver your media and build your property websites; to send you confirmations, reminders and delivery notices; to invoice you; to answer your questions; and to keep your account secure. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.
If you tick “Text me about my shoots” in your portal account, we will send text messages to the mobile number on your account about your own shoots, videos and messages: booking confirmations, reminders, a note when the photographer is on the way, a note when media is ready, and one-time verification codes when you ask for them. Homeowners whose agent gives us their number may receive appointment details for their own home. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described on this page exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are used only to send you the messages described above.
Only the service providers that make our website and portal run: our hosting providers, our email delivery service, our text-message and telephone carrier, our payment processor, and map and public-record services used to look up property details. Each receives only what it needs to do its job for us. The property websites and media links you choose to publish or share are, by design, visible to the people you share them with. We also share information when the law requires it.
We keep your account, shoot and media records for as long as you are a client and for our usual business records afterwards; you can ask us to delete your account at any time. The portal is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access codes for properties are shown only to the people who need them.
You can change your name, phone number and notification settings, including text messages, at any time under My account in the portal. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email or call us using the details below.
